How to Place an Order

Simply start at our home page http://www.platinumdesert.com we offer the best search engine to assist you in finding the CD's or DVD’s you're interested in.
You can place orders directly on our web site using a Credit Card. Simply browse and make your selection just like you would process it if you had a Credit Card. During 'Check Out' you will have an option to continue your order using a check. Simply click on the 'Check' button and your order will be presented in a printable format.

Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your order, please send an email to support@platinumdesert.com as soon as possible.   Orders must be cancelled during the first 3 hours of the original order time to qualify for 100% money back guarantee. This will allow our fulfilment centre to cancel the order prior to shipping it. If you cancel your order after 3 hours and your order has already left our shipping centre, you must return all items to us unopened and in their original condition.  Please see our return policy for complete information on how to return your order to us.  Cancellations received after 3 hours will incur the normal shipping charges if they have already left our shipping centre.

Return Policy 

If you wish to return any item to us, please do the following:

1. Complete a Return Authorization Code (RAC) form. Returns without an RAC will NOT be processed.
2. Once we receive the completed RAC form online, we will process it, and you will receive a RAC and exact return instructions by email. Processing time may take up to 48 hours.
3. For your protection, please use Insured Parcel Post for shipment when you return items to us.
4. Please be advised that return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the shipper.

Returns of non-defective merchandise are accepted within 14 days from the date the products were shipped. Returns must be unopened, in the original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Shipping and Handling charges are non
refundable.
 
Any non-defective, open items that are returned to us will be subject to a $25.00 restocking fee.
 
Defective items must be reported to us by email at support@platinumdesert.com immediately upon receipt of the items. After you have returned the defective items to us (see the return procedures above), we will replace the defective items and reship them to you free of charge.

Credit Cards

We currently accept credit card orders via Visa, MasterCard. We use secure socket layers (SSL) when processing your credit card information, this is 128bit encryption, the highest level of encryption available on the web. Your information will not be compromised when ordering. You can rest assured that any information we process does not get passed around our customer service center. Only the billing department will process the credit card information.

Back Orders 

All Back Orders are reviewed twice a month for availability in our warehouse. Should the item stay in 'back order' status for 2 months (4 review periods) the customer will be notified by e-mail of the status change and given the option to replace the order OR re-submit the order for additional review periods.

Shipping

We offer the lowest shipping charges with the most benefits. We do not advertise '0' shipping charges and package in the price with the CD. Our orders are shipped the day the order is confirmed. Depending on the destination, shipping days may vary.

It is the customer's responsibility to fill the shipping information correctly during the order process. Platinumdesert.com does not take ANY responsibility for orders shipped to the wrong address as provided by the customer during the order process.

Orders returned by the Post Office due to problems with delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. Additional re-ship charges may apply.
